These terms govern access to ccafe.shop, C. Cafe stores, bookings, memberships, events, merchandise purchases and related services. By using a service, the user agrees to the applicable terms displayed at the time of transaction.
Users must provide accurate information, protect account credentials and promptly notify C. of suspected unauthorised activity. Services intended for adults should not be used by minors without a parent or guardian.
Prices, taxes, availability and service charges are shown before confirmation. C. may reject or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, a price is clearly incorrect, payment fails or fraud is suspected.
Reservations are subject to capacity, deposits, minimum spends, grace periods, conduct rules and cancellation windows stated during booking.
C. Club benefits, points, gift cards and promotional offers are subject to their specific terms, expiry conditions and exclusions.
The C. name, logo, four-dot system, website content, photographs, designs and materials are owned by or licensed to the operator and may not be reproduced without permission.
Users may not misuse the website, interfere with systems, harass others, violate community rules, use services unlawfully or attempt unauthorised access.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected. Final governing-law, jurisdiction and dispute-resolution language must be approved by counsel.
