Event tickets may be refundable or transferable according to the event-specific terms. If C. cancels an event, the customer will be offered the applicable refund or alternative.

Eligible approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after inspection. Food products and personalised items may be non-returnable except where damaged or incorrect.
